Tonton Gégé Pro
All your estates. One order. One delivery.
Tonton Gégé Pro pools your estates' stock to remove minimum orders and multiple shipments.
Four steps, one logistics chain.
Your estates remain the sellers. You remain the agent. What changes is the route the bottles take.
Step 1
Buffer stock
Each estate deposits a few references with Tonton Gégé. No exclusivity, no transfer of ownership.
Step 2
Multi-estate order
The trade customer builds a basket across several estates, with no minimum per estate.
Step 3
Preparation
One preparation order, one picking, one packing for the whole order.
Step 4
Consolidated delivery
One departure and one consolidated delivery, with a single tracking for the customer.
Your list. Your customers. One logistics chain.
For the agent
- No subscription, no fixed fee
- You keep your customer and your business relationship
- Optional dashboard: you keep your habits
- You remain your estates' agent
For the estate
- A remote buffer stock: your bottles remain your property
- No more shipping, transport or order preparation to manage
- More orders become possible
- You remain the seller of your wine
For the trade customer
- One order across all available references
- One consolidated delivery, one tracking
- No minimum imposed estate by estate
- One single follow-up from A to Z
Work out the figures before you commit.
Two questions, two answers. What storage costs an estate, and what a grouped order saves a trade customer. No account needed.
That's all you pay. Order preparation and transport are paid by the trade customer.
Your storage
66 €
per month, excluding VAT
Per year
792 €
Per bottle
0,11 €
per month
Inbound transport not included. Bringing your pallets from the estate to the warehouse has a cost, quoted at deposit time according to distance and number of pallets. If you arrange this transport yourself, it isn't charged to you.
A tool, not a constraint.
The dashboard is optional. You keep your habits; Tonton Gégé Pro adds to them. CSV import and export from day one, so there is nothing to migrate.
- Revenue ordered, delivered and cancelled, by period
- Volumes, bottles and orders by estate and by customer
- Orders in progress: received, confirmed, picking, shipped, delivered, incident
- Available stock of your estates, low thresholds and restocking alerts
- Top references, inactive customers, restocking frequency
- CSV export, purchase order and invoice according to your rights
The Comptoir Pro: your list grows, your customer stays yours.
Your customers ask you for wines you don't represent. Today, they go and find them elsewhere. The Comptoir Pro lets you serve them anyway, and get paid for the introduction.
A wider list without one more estate to manage
You offer other agents' references, actually in stock, without canvassing a single extra producer or negotiating a new mandate.
You become your customer's natural restocking point
A restaurateur who finds everything in one place stops looking elsewhere. It isn't your catalogue that makes you indispensable, it's the fact that they no longer need to check any other.
The single parcel becomes more powerful
The more references are available, the bigger the grouped order, and the more visible the transport savings you bring your customer.
Your estates sell in territories you don't cover
The other way round, your references become available to other agents' customers. Your commission follows, line by line, according to your mandate.
And it's a choice, not a condition. The Comptoir Pro is disabled by default. It requires your consent and the estate's, opens reference by reference, territory by territory or segment by segment, and closes whenever you want. Until you activate it, your catalogue stays strictly private, and Tonton Gégé never directly approaches a customer you brought in.
What people ask us.
The estate, as today. Tonton Gégé doesn't buy the wine and never becomes its owner. We orchestrate the buffer stock, preparation, ordering and delivery, and we invoice our own services, nothing else.
The estate. It is a remote buffer stock, identified by estate, by reference and by batch. The bottles remain its property until they are sold.
€4 excl. VAT per reference + €0.03 excl. VAT per bottle, per month. Transport to the warehouse not included: quoted at deposit according to distance and number of pallets, free if you arrange it yourself. In other words: cost excl. VAT per month = €4 × references deposited + €0.03 × bottles in buffer stock. For example, 12 references and 600 bottles: €66 excl. VAT per month; 6 references and 300 bottles: €33 excl. VAT per month; 60 references and 3,000 bottles: €330 excl. VAT per month.
No, they pay once. Stripe Connect then splits the amounts between the relevant beneficiaries: each selling estate on one side, Tonton Gégé's services on the other.
Because several estates can legally be sellers on the same order. Each issues its own invoice, plus Tonton Gégé's invoice for its services. They are generated automatically and grouped in one place, in the order.
No. That is precisely what pooling removes. The trade customer builds their basket freely, including a single bottle from one estate and twelve from another.
In mainland France, we observe 48 to 72 hours between order validation and delivery when the references are in buffer stock. This is an observed order of magnitude, not a commitment: the lead time for your order is shown before validation. For Corsica, the islands and export, it depends on the destination and formalities.
The wines are stored in a dedicated, temperature-controlled warehouse. Each receipt is checked and recorded by batch, visible to the estate and its agent.
It doesn't. Your contract, your margin and your relationship with your estates stay the same. Tonton Gégé takes no share of your commission: our model is based on logistics and service fees.
Export is possible, on quotation, depending on the destination and applicable formalities. Conditions are not the same as in mainland France, and we say so clearly when quoting.
It's an option, disabled by default. It requires the agent's and the estate's consent, and can be opened reference by reference, territory by territory or segment by segment. Until it is activated, your catalogue stays strictly private.
No minimum per estate, one consolidated delivery.
Tell us who you are and which estates you represent. We open your agent space and support you with the first deposits.
